Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking full-time Shuttle Drivers for evening and overnight shifts. You will transport up to 15 passengers between the parking facility and the airport, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and provide friendly, professional service to guests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school education or equivalent required.
• Previous driver and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Maintains satisfactory driving record per company/regulatory standards.
• Licenses or badges as required to operate a commercial vehicle.
• Willingness to pass a physical per airport/DOT/state rules.
• Ability to read/speak English sufficiently for frontline communication and reports.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers between airport terminals and TPS parking locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to deliver excellent service.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Comply with regulations governing operation of commercial vehicles.
