Job summary

The Parking Spot is seeking a Shuttle Driver (Non-CDL) to transport customers between parking locations and the airport with a focus on safety and customer service.

Applicants should be at least 21, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and converse in English. Training and development opportunities are provided, with opportunities for bonus earnings through tips and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous driver or customer service experience preferred.
• Must maintain a satisfactory driving record.
• Must hold applicable licenses/badges for commercial vehicle operation.
• Able to pass a physical per airport/DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport up to 15 passengers to airports and TPS parking locations following safe driving practices.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Greet customers with a smile and assist with luggage.
• Provide pleasant customer service and facility knowledge.
• Cooperate with team to deliver best possible service.
• May cross-train for other frontline roles as directed by management.
• Comply with regulations governing commercial vehicle operation.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by management.
