Oakmont Senior Living is seeking an On Call Server to provide friendly, courteous dining service to residents, families, and visitors. Duties include taking orders, entering them into the POS, and maintaining a clean dining area in a collaborative care environment.

Shifts include AM/PM on Tue–Sat with a pay range of $17.80–$18.80 per hour. We offer comprehensive benefits, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth within a respected senior living organization.

Formación

• Experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old with a work permit.
• Excellent customer service skills and clear communication with residents and families.
• Willingness to meet health and safety screening requirements and background checks.

Responsabilidades

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Set up and bus tables, ensuring clean and welcoming dining areas.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support service goals.
