Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Server in the Denver area. This role involves serving residents and guests with a smile, taking accurate orders, and maintaining dining area organization. Training is provided, and we value compassionate service to our senior residents.

The position supports both part-time and full-time shifts with starting wages around $19.29 per hour. Health benefits, time off, and retirement options are available to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly.
• Written and verbal communication with staff, residents and families.
• Must pass background check and health screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter into POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Follow proper serving etiquette and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other staff and departments to ensure smooth service.
