Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service to residents, families, co-workers and vendors
• Prepares tables, napkins, utensils, and refills condiments
• Stays updated on menu choices and specials
• Direct guests to tables, present menus, suggest dishes, assist with drinks
• Deliver items and fulfill guest needs, offer desserts and drinks
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor
• Fill in for absent staff and assist with special events
• Greet guests and owners warmly
• Follow safety and health codes in preparation and handling of foodstuffs
• Attend mandatory in-service meetings and follow policies
