Job summary

Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking a guest-focused food service professional to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and assist with food and beverage service in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities include enforcing age verification for alcohol, monitoring consumption per guidelines, serving drinks and meals, and helping clear tables. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• One or more years high volume food service experience required.
• Knowledge of food and beverage order processing systems.
• Must be available to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests at the table and takes food and beverage orders.
• Responds to guest questions regarding food preparation and menu.
• Inspects guest identification to ensure legal age for alcohol possession/consumption.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and acts according to established guidelines.
• Serves food and beverages.
• Directs bus person and assists as needed in clearing tables.
• Completes required side work.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
