• Assist with food prep and coordinate with production staff.
• Prepare beverages at Barista outlet as needed.
• Keep workstation clean and organized at all times.
• Check IDs to ensure legal drinking age.
• Monitor alcohol consumption per policy and act if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of prep and dining areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
