Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is preferred; OSHA knowledge and ability to evacuate safely are beneficial. This on-site role supports daily operations and resident comfort.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Minimum one-year experience in a senior community or healthcare environment preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards and safety procedures preferred.
• Understand the steps for fire evacuation.

Responsibilities

• Cleans all common areas including lobby, restrooms, and hallways.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture; dust surfaces and fixtures.
• Sanitize handrails and clean glass surfaces; mop or vacuum floors.
• Clean doors, doorways, walls, and restrooms; disinfect as needed.
• Launder and manage resident linens; ensure proper handling.
• Store hazardous products safely and label appropriately.
• Follow safety guidelines to protect residents and associates.
