Job summary

Oakmont Management Group, operating Ivy Living communities, is seeking an experienced Senior Living Bus Driver for Claremont. The role requires a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement and open availability for on-call shifts to support residents’ outings and activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including TB Tests.
• Must have either a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, activities, and resident appointments.
• Assist with safe loading/unloading of residents and belongings.
• Follow all state and federal driving laws and conduct vehicle inspections.
• Demonstrate safe driving and punctual transportation for residents.
• Act as a member of the activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment for staff, residents, and guests; follow safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments
