Job summary

Houston Methodist is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist II to support interventional and therapeutic radiologic procedures in the Cardiac Cath Lab. You will scrub into cases, assist with device implantation and imaging, and maintain radiation safety for patients and staff.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in Cath Lab radiology, ARRT-R, CMRT, BLS and ACLS credentials, and are able to work on-call.

Qualifications

• Requires credentialed education program approved by governing body.
• Minimum of 3 years Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist experience.
• On-call availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians in complex interventional radiologic procedures and patient care.
• Scrub into Cath Lab cases and help with equipment movement and radiation control.
• Maintain radiation safety standards and patient protection per policy.
