Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain facilities using appropriate procedures, equipment and supplies.
• Use custodial power equipment and hand implements required for general cleaning and maintenance.
• Operate equipment in a safe manner.
• Perform custodial duties correctly.
• Recognize and address safety hazards.
• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Read and interpret service orders and manuals.
• Store, handle and use chemicals and supplies properly.
• Set up and take down furniture for events.
• Assist in maintaining school grounds and clearing ice/snow.
• Maintain building security at all times.
• Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication.
• Work with minimal supervision and be flexible.
• Perform other related duties as required.
