Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of hot and cold foods and proper storage according to temperature and spoilage requirements.
• Set up stations with entrees, soups, salads, breads, condiments, and utensils.
• Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas.
• Follow guest service procedures: smile, eye contact, greet guests.
• Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment per rules and procedures.
• Maintain fast pace and multitask effectively.
