Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Tire Technician for roadside service to support semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, and you will work on-call shifts with after-hours calls paid at a premium.

Located in Texas, this role requires a valid license and reliable transportation. No prior experience is required as you will be trained; benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), life, tuition assistance, paid vacation, sick time, and employee tire

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet CDL requirements.
• Must be 21+ years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Servicing tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairs.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Responding to after-hours on-call service requests with promptness.
• Assisting with shop duties when no service calls are pending.
