Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire-related failures for semi-truck fleets. Technicians are dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires and may assist in shop duties when calls are quiet.

Training is provided; experience is not required. The role includes participating in an on-call rotation with after-hours calls paid at a premium. Benefits and a comprehensive package are offered and include advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic requirements include a valid driver's license and being at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Assist with shop duties and training as needed.
