Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Roadside Technician to service commercial tire fleets. The role involves responding to tire-related failures at customer locations, performing mounting, dismounting, and repairs as needed, and assisting in shop duties when no service calls are pending.

Training will be provided; the position requires a valid driver's license, 18+ years old, and legal eligibility to work in the United States. On-call rotations include after-hours shifts with premium pay.

Qualifications

• Customer service is required; on-call rotation may include after-hours calls.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
• No prior tire/roadside experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including PPE usage.
• Assist with shop duties such as mounting orders, cleaning and organizing the shop.
