Job summary

Goodyear is seeking a Roadside Technician to respond to tire failures at customer locations, primarily for semi-truck fleets. You will be dispatched roadside to repair or change tires and, when idle, assist with shop duties and mounting orders.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a valid driver’s license and willingness to be on-call are essential. This role offers the opportunity to grow within Goodyear’s CTSC network across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
• On-call rotation and on-site work with after-hours responsibilities.
• No previous experience required; training provided by Goodyear.

Responsibilities

• Respond to roadside tire failures at customer locations for semi-truck fleets.
• Perform dismounting, mounting, and basic tire repairs as needed.
• Assist with mounting orders, keeping the shop clean, and supporting daily operations.
