Interim HealthCare of the Twin Cities in Roseville, MN, is seeking an RN for after-hours on-call triage and home visits. The role requires a MN RN license, with on-call hours typically evenings and weekends, plus travel to patient homes within the service area.

Hospice or home care experience is preferred, and compensation includes a generous salary, PTO, benefits, and licensure reimbursement. This is a full-time, on-site position with the company for more than 40 years.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice as an RN in MN with active good standing.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience within last 5 years or current clinical knowledge as deemed appropriate.
• 1 year hospice or home care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Be on call outside regular hours to answer calls and triage patients.
• Visit patients in their home as needed.
• Coordinate care and support for patients in the service area.
