Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a Crew Leader to lead fire, water, and mold mitigation projects. This hands-on leadership role runs job sites, supervises technicians, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

You will coordinate with Project Managers, track moisture and drying progress, and maintain thorough documentation. This position offers overtime opportunities and a path toward Project Manager roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restoration experience (water/fire/mold).
• Leadership or Crew Leader experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Comfortable using mobile apps for documentation.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs. and work in various conditions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in damaged or hazardous environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead restoration jobs (water, fire, mold, demo).
• Supervise and train technicians on job sites.
• Set up & monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers).
• Track moisture levels and drying progress.
• Communicate with customers and provide updates.
• Complete job documentation (photos, notes, logs).
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job.
• Coordinate with Project Managers on job progress.
