Job summary

Qualifications

• Under supervision of Respiratory Therapy Manager or Lead Respiratory Therapist.
• Performs procedures as prescribed by physician for respiratory care.
• Ensures patient rights and dignity in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Make rounds and monitor oxygen equipment.
• Assist in preparing patients for physical therapy, ambulation, and transport.
• Document treatments and patient responses in medical records.
• Perform trach care and care for ventilation during CPR as required.
• Maintain and inspect respiratory care equipment per policy.
