Job summary

Saturday Properties in Minnesota is seeking a Maintenance Tech to keep our properties safe, functional, and welcoming. You will troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while delivering an exceptional resident experience.

You will support on-call rotations, unit turns for move-ins, repair walls and fixtures, and help manage supplies.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years general maintenance experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Painting experience.
• Ability to utilize company software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building operations and ensure facilities are safe and functional.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Patch, repair, and replace drywall and paint as needed.
• Manage inventory and facilitate replacement orders.
• Oversee work orders from start to finish with vendors.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Support pool maintenance and unit turns for move-ins.
