Qualifications

• Basic troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Certifications relevant to the region, e.g., EPA 608, Boiler Certification, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance support for general property upkeep, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and lighting systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair maintenance issues in resident homes.
• Adhere to safety and environmental policies and procedures.
• Deliver high resident satisfaction through professional, courteous service and timely responses.
