Job summary

Kelly is seeking a dependable receptionist to be the first point of contact for a community supporting neurodivergent people. This temporary on-call role covers 2nd shift from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

with possible additional coverage on 1st shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., based in AZ 85012, United States, at a rate of $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include answering calls, greeting visitors, handling mail, patrolling the facility for safety, reporting issues, and delivering courteous,

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Dependable, attentive, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to walk throughout the facility during scheduled rounds.
• Available for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Welcome visitors and assist with walk-in inquiries.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Walk through the complex to ensure security and safety for tenants.
• Report safety concerns or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff.
• Provide courteous, professional service to tenants, visitors, and team members.
