Qualifications

• Reliable with flexible weekday, overnight, and weekend shifts
• Ability to cover on-call shifts within two hours
• Experience with broadcast equipment and basic production skills
• Comfort with live and automated programming environments
• Proficiency in operating studio software

Responsibilities

• Own on-air console operations to ensure smooth airing and timely delivery
• Check studio equipment before going on-air and troubleshoot issues
• Edit and post podcasts; coordinate music and sound levels
• Cross-train and fill in for other shifts as needed
• Assist producers with social media content and show material
