Live AMC is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance team and ensure the upkeep and repair of properties. In this role, you'll perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks, assist in hiring and training staff, and maintain a safe working environment.

Ideal candidates will possess knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. The position offers competitive compensation at $44.00 to $46.00 per hour and a range of benefits including health and wellness programs, vacation time, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Self-motivated with attention to detail.
• Ability to operate various hand tools including power tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance team and perform daily maintenance tasks.
