Ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, and demonstrate strong leadership skills. Competitive compensation of $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, along with a variety of benefits, including health programs and a 401K plan, is offered.

Qualifications

• Must have knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Demonstrates a self-motivated attitude with strong attention to detail.
• Must be able to operate various hand tools, including power tools.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with both internal and external contacts.
• Experience in property maintenance or handyman work is required.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance team and provide maintenance for the property.
• Perform and schedule daily maintenance tasks including preparing vacant units.
• Assist with interviewing and making recommendations for personnel.
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment.
• Hold the maintenance team accountable for their performance.
