Hiring Management is seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance worker to help maintain and enhance the community. This field-based role requires initiative and the ability to solve problems independently, with on-call duties as needed.

The position offers flexible scheduling around your current commitments, starting at eight hours per week and requiring a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. Availability for after-hours emergencies is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and landscape work.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Available for occasional after-hours emergencies (on call).

Responsibilities

• Perform general property repairs: plumbing, irrigation, painting, stucco work, etc.
• Maintain clean, orderly common areas and grounds as needed.
• Handle sewer line backups and coordinate larger repairs as needed.
• Participate in on call for emergency repairs.
