Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor expenses and keep costs below budget.
• Inspect community grounds each morning.
• Turn maintenance, cleaning, and painting of vacant units.
• Complete maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance activities.
• Maintain landscaping, bushes, trees, and lawn.
• Snow removal of sidewalks and related areas.
• Maintain weather and snow removal logs.
• Maintain records of maintenance in all units and site.
• Maintain tools and replacement parts in working condition.
• Provide and maintain your own set of personal tools.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas.
• Supervise contractors on site.
• Maintain resident and apartment preventative maintenance records.
• Provide service for all common amenities.
• Conduct semi-annual unit inspections.
• Handle after-hour emergencies (on-call).
• Other duties as assigned.
