Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in groundskeeping, caretaking or janitorial preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Keep property and management office tidy; inspect daily and remove litter.
• Maintain mail rooms; sweep floors and remove dated notices.
• Replace lightbulbs in common areas and breezeways.
• Assist with apartment make-readies; caulk, check appliances, replace parts.
• Clean air conditioning vents and replace filters in vacant units.
• Install, move and hook up appliances; manage routine maintenance tasks.
• Replace air filters in occupied units and keep pool area tidy.
• Perform light painting and clean vacant apartments between residents.
• Support Maintenance Supervisor or Technician as needed.
