InTown Suites is seeking a Property Attendant in Murfreesboro, TN. The role requires living on property during employment and being on-call five to six days weekly.

You will monitor property safety, assist guests, verify IDs, and handle minor maintenance while keeping the site clean and secure after hours. The position emphasizes guest communications, adherence to handbook policies, and collaboration with the General Manager and ROM to manage rounds and safety issues.

Formación

• Ability to read, understand and interpret information from internal hotel information.
• Able to read, speak and write in an efficient manner to interact with guests and staff.
• Ability to supervise self with limited supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe, comfortable, quiet atmosphere for guests.
• Act as emergency contact after hours and assist guests as needed.
• Document rounds, incidents and housekeeping tasks.
• Verify guest IDs and help guests locked out of rooms.
• Assist guests with minor maintenance issues.
