Job summary

Cape Fox Corporation is seeking a Physical Fitness Coordinator (On Call) to lead on-site Physical Fitness Exams for USPIS. You will run pre- and post-briefs, enforce SOPs, and coordinate closely with a certified tester and EMT.

The role requires a health/fitness background, national credential, and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include supervising exam staff, verifying venue readiness, data entry, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Associate’s in exercise science, kinesiology, or related field preferred; or equivalent military/law-enforcement testing experience.
• National fitness credential (ACSM, NSCA, ACE). CPR/AED preferred.
• Two or more years administering standardized fitness testing or coaching.

Responsibilities

• Run pre-brief and post-brief; enforce SOPs and site safety.
• Supervise the Fitness Test Administrator and EMT; assign roles.
• Verify venue readiness and EMS address.
• Oversee field data entry and two-person validation of counts, times, and signatures.
• Release validated results within 48–72 hours; reissue reports if needed.
• Maintain kit inventory and calibration logs; ensure replenishment.
• Provide a 5-minute readiness briefing on hydration and safety for each cohort.
• Perform a 10-minute pre-event equipment check using a written checklist.
• Use a non-identifying on-site scoreboard to track sequence and QA sign-off checkpoints.
