Spring Mill Pointe, a Life Plan Community in Lafayette Hill, PA, is seeking an On-Call/Per Diem Concierge to join our team. You will be the first friendly impression for residents, visitors and vendors, handling information in person or by phone and performing light administrative duties.

Privacy, rights and safety of residents must be maintained at all times. The position offers a pay rate of $16–$17 per hour, requires availability including weekends and holidays, and shifts across all slots.

Description

Spring Mill Pointe, a Life Plan Community located in Lafayette Hill, is hiring an On-Call/Per Diem Concierge to join our team!

The primary role of the Concierge is to provide excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors at HumanGood. In this position you would share information in person or on the telephone, perform general clerical and light administrative duties. You would be expected to ensure that residents’ privacy, rights and safety is maintained at all times.

Pay rate: $16 - $17 per hour

Shift: All Shifts Available - Must be available weekends and holidays.

A day in the life may include:

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
• Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.
• Operates a motor vehicle to pick up, transport and return residents to and from medical appointments, and/or other activities

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability that may include evenings, weekends & holidays
