Job summary

Plymouth Village - a HumanGood community in Redlands, CA is seeking a Concierge to provide excellent hospitality as the first impression for visitors. The role includes sharing information in person or by phone, handling clerical tasks, and ensuring residents’ privacy, rights and safety.

Responsibilities include greeting residents and visitors, giving community information to inquiries, and assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and coordinating visitors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability evenings, weekends & holidays may be required.
• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Prior clerical/administrative work experience preferred.
• Computer skills include Microsoft Suite, desktop publishing, internet apps, faxing and copying.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, visitors and vendors, manage calls and messages.
• Provide community information to inquiries to support marketing and sales.

The primary role of the Concierge is to provide excellent hospitality as they are the first impression for all visitors at HumanGood. In this position you would share information in person or on the telephone, perform general clerical and light administrative duties. You would be expected to ensure that residents’ privacy, rights and safety is maintained at all times.

A day in the life may include:

• Greeting residents, potential residents, families, visitors and vendors while managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages
• Providing an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts
• Assisting with resident services such as transportation, mail and deliveries and the coordination of visitors.

Wage Range: $17.00 - $18.50

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00AM - 5:30PM

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Computer skills such as using Microsoft suite and desktop publishing software, using internet applications, faxing, copying etc.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Availability that may include evenings, weekends & holiday
