Job summary

Growth Works Inc. is seeking an On-Call Peer Recovery Coach to provide on-call peer recovery support and link clients to treatment and recovery resources. You will work with hospitals, courts, and community partners to promote recovery and connection to care.

The role requires a recovery-based perspective, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and the ability to travel within Wayne, Oakland and Washtenaw Counties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eligibility for CPRC certification (MDHHS or CCAR) preferred.
• Recovery from SUD for at least 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct on-call peer recovery support and link clients to treatment and recovery resources.
• Collaborate with community partners, hospitals, courts, law enforcement, and providers.
• Document services in EMR and funder systems; maintain accurate records.
