Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• General knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and safe work practices.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Must successfully complete all required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building and grounds maintenance.
• Assist with minor repairs, painting, mowing, weed eating, and landscaping.
• Move furniture, equipment, supplies, and other materials.
• Help maintain clean, safe, and orderly school facilities.
• Assist with snow and ice removal when needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests as directed.
• Follow all school division safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
