Job summary

LifeCenter Northwest is seeking an Organ Recovery Coordinator to manage on-call duties and office time related to donor activity in the Great Falls, MT region. The role involves rapid on-site responses, coordination from ICU through OR, and collaboration with families, hospitals, and transplant centers.

Requirements include ACLS, 2 years of acute care experience, and ability to travel; vaccine or approved exemptions are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of acute care experience.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• The ability to meet schedule and travel requirements.
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster, or exemptions as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Work a 24 hour on call schedule.
• Travel by various modes within LifeCenter’s donation service area (AK, MT, ID, WA).
• Provide rapid on-site response.
• Coordinate donation process from ICU through OR.
• Support organ donor management/hemodynamic stability.
• Communicate with donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and LifeCenter staff.
• Interact with transplant centers to coordinate organ donor-recipient matches.
