Network for Hope is seeking an Organ Recovery Administrator On Call to oversee donor referrals, evaluations, and allocation coordination across hospital partners. You will lead on-call decision-making, guide ORCs, and ensure policy compliance to support life-saving organ and tissue donation.

Featuring 24/7 on-call availability, this role emphasizes stakeholder communication, donor safety, and adherence to OPTN policies while training new staff and collaborating with leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, health sciences, or related field; RN or other healthcare licensure preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of donor management, organ allocation, and recovery experience required.
• Certified Procurement Transplant Coordinator (CTPC) required; candidates pursuing CTPC considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate organ donation processes with hospitals, families, and transplant teams.
• Determine referral status, donor evaluation needs, and on-site or remote response requirements.
• Manage donor risk assessment, testing, preservation, and allocation decisions with adherence to policies.
