IST Management Services is seeking a Part-Time On Call Office Clerk Representative to support mailroom and copy duties across its Chattanooga, TN sites. The role is Monday–Friday daytime with potential for promotion to full-time as training progresses.

Compensation is $15.00/hr with no weekend work. Ideal candidates have prior office or customer service experience, a professional appearance, and a valid driver’s license.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication with verbal and written skills.
• Willingness to train and be flexible across sites.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Operate mailing, copy, and fax equipment as needed.
• Handle mail, copy, and legal documents.
• Provide high levels of customer care with a friendly attitude.
• Deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs, and faxes to customers.
• Assist in cross-training and coverage of shifts as assigned.
• Travel to multiple sites in the Chattanooga, TN area.
