IST Management is seeking an Entry Level - Part Time (On Call) Office Services Clerk to join our Naples team. The role assists with mail, packages, and receptionist duties on-site in a team environment. Position will cover IST sites in Naples and surrounding area.

Ideal candidates will have customer service experience, are a team player, and are willing to train! Hourly compensation is $18.00-$18.00 USD. Schedule is Monday–Friday, with possible weekend work; hours typically 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; US work authorization.
• Hospitality/retail/restaurant experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; data entry ability.
• Strong communication and professional appearance.

Aufgaben

• Prepare and organize materials for copy, scanning and faxing.
• Enter paperwork into an electronic system and use copiers/scanners.
• Process, sort and distribute incoming mail to employees.
• Deliver mail and packages within the office; arrange carrier pickups.
• Support receptionist duties and maintain confidentiality.
