Responsibilities

  • Prepare and administer radioactive materials.
  • Apply ALARA principles to minimize radiation dose.
  • Provide safe, effective patient care during procedures.
  • Follow NRC rules for RAM handling and disposal and hospital policies.
  • Operate radiology equipment and software in daily responsibilities.
  • Maintain certifications, registrations, and education requirements.
