Qualifications

• Preferred residential building or maintenance experience.
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting.
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with residents.

Responsibilities

• Complete day‑to‑day repair and maintenance tasks.
• Prepare apartments for new tenants, including repairs and cleaning.
• Maintain tools and materials in a clean and organized condition.
• Show apartments to prospective renters when needed.
