Job summary

Royal American is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Woodside Oaks/Circle Creek in Homestead, FL. Under supervision, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartments and common areas, manage grounds, and support on-site operations.

HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting ability are required; bilingual preferred and a valid driver's license is a plus. You will execute light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, document work orders, and assist with safety checks per OSHA

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and previous experience preferred.
• Must have knowledge of property HVAC units and ability to troubleshoot.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on apartments and common areas.
• Assist in groundskeeping and general upkeep.
• Complete hazard assessments and follow OSHA safety policies.
• Document work orders and maintain maintenance records.
• Respond to standby emergency coverage and on-call requests.
• Repair minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks as needed.
