Job summary

Cobb RP Managers in Texas seeks a reliable maintenance technician to keep our multifamily communities operating efficiently. You will run routine inspections, perform preventive maintenance, and address service requests to keep equipment and buildings in good condition.

The role requires basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety tasks, plus the ability to work independently and communicate with tenants. Driver’s license is required; HVAC cert is preferred.

Qualifications

• Maintenance: 1 year minimum experience in multifamily.
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred).
• Driver's License (Required).
• HVAC Certification (Preferred).
• CPO Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and safety systems.
• Repair flooring, drywall, and appliances; respond to resident work orders in a timely manner, including after-hours on-call maintenance.
• Prepare vacant or furnished units for turnover; ensure all equipment is in working condition and follow preventive maintenance schedules.
• Keep storage areas, tools and equipment secure at all times; follow safety policies.
• Log maintenance requests and close out when completed; develop and execute preventative maintenance measures.
