Job summary

RADCO is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep properties well maintained and safe. You’ll perform preventive maintenance, diagnose common issues, and respond to on-call requests with professionalism. A valid driver’s license and some nights/weekends availability are required.

Qualifications include 1–3 years in maintenance, HVAC/EPA Type I & II certification, and CPO preferred. RADCO offers extensive benefits and a team-first culture focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family.
• HVAC/EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required for refrigerant recycling.
• CPO certification preferred.
• Proven knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and appliance repairs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is well kept and address safety concerns immediately.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliances as needed.
• Move items and assist with transfers; respond to on-call requests promptly.
• Complete service requests within 24 hours and communicate with residents professionally.
