Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of commercial or residential maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work and service requests, such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, and other general maintenance.
• Provide on-call maintenance for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Update the status of all work orders.
• Inspect physical buildings and report repairs to management.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
