Job summary

The Service Technician at Crawford Hoying performs various corrective and preventive maintenance duties on commercial properties. Responsibilities include HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and grounds maintenance, with an on-call rotation as needed.

They will inspect facilities, document issues, and work with the Facilities Manager to ensure high standards. A high school diploma, 1–3 years’ maintenance experience, and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete maintenance work and service requests per standards and codes.
• Provide on-call maintenance for evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.
• Update the status of all work orders.
• Inspect buildings and grounds to identify repairs and provide reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
