Responsibilities

• Provide cross-property leasing and resident-file compliance.
• Office coverage and PTO/vacancy/peak-traffic support at Hollywood and Douglasville.
• Respond to leads, conduct tours, process applications, and coordinate move-in documentation.
• Support marketing outreach, RentCafe setup and tour-path readiness when assigned.
• Assist with recertification and renewal backlogs and document requests.
• Prepare files for inspections and audits with confidentiality and accuracy.
