Northwestern Medicine is hiring an On-Call Social Worker to join the Mobile Crisis Response Team in DeKalb, IL. You will work on-site as needed to respond to crisis situations, helping to de-escalate behavioral health crises effectively. A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field is required, alongside documented mental health training.

The role includes coordinating care and providing services to patients and their families across various departments. Flexible hours include shifts from 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM.

• Experience providing direct patient services essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality social services to patients and families.

• Offer on-call services, primarily in the Emergency Department.
