HPI Real Estate Services & Investments is seeking a Building Technician to operate and maintain building equipment across our Dallas properties. You will respond to service requests, perform routine maintenance, and help ensure environmental conditions meet management specifications.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience, a High School diploma or GED, EPA 608 certification within six months, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• EPA 608 Certification required within six months.
• Must obtain a minimum score of 75% on Maintenance Skills Exam.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs; must meet physical requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance if using own vehicle.

Responsabilidades

• Acknowledge and respond to service requests and perform routine maintenance/repair.
• Ensure preventive maintenance as prescribed by manufacturers.
• Maintain housekeeping and professional appearance of equipment spaces.
• Review building operations, preventive maintenance, and energy management regularly.
• Maintain the building lighting system and perform related repairs.
• Move, repair, and paint as needed; support miscellaneous tasks.
• Monthly inspection of life/safety equipment; follow property management duties.
• Operate and repair sanitary systems and kitchen equipment as required.
• Complete or oversee preventive maintenance and maintain records in PM system.
• On-call rotation for emergencies and after-hours maintenance.
