Oakmont of Fullerton, part of Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Medication Technician-ON CALL to supervise and assist in med administration for residents. The role includes supporting direct care, encouraging participation in activities, and coordinating with pharmacists and physicians.

The position requires a minimum of 1 year experience with medication at a RCFE, a high school diploma, and strong customer service skills. On-call shifts, with benefits and a robust team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting with medication at RCFE or similar setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; LVN is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and distribute medication to residents.
• Coordinate medication services with residents, pharmacy, and physician.
• Order and track medication changes, refills, and deliveries with pharmacies.
• Maintain accurate, confidential resident medication and care records.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment per safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
