• Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications as ordered.
• Follow facility policies and procedures for medication handling and labeling.
• Note and report errors or adverse reactions to medications.
• Maintain accurate charts, forms, and required documentation.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and pharmacists to ensure resident safety.
